Services
Every filing we handle, with the government's fee on its own line and our service fee shown before you pay.
Authority and registration
UCR Registration
Unified Carrier Registration is a yearly fee most interstate carriers pay. We file it, send you the confirmation, and remind you next year.
MCS-150 Update
The MCS-150 keeps your USDOT record current. Most carriers update it every two years, in a month set by the last two digits of the USDOT number. There is no government fee.
BOC-3 Process Agent
The BOC-3 names a process agent in each state where you operate. FMCSA needs it on file before your operating authority can become active.
New Authority Package
Starting a trucking company means several filings in the right order. We walk you through the application, the BOC-3, and the steps that follow.
Fuel tax and vehicle registration
IFTA Quarterly Returns
IFTA splits the fuel tax you owe between the states you drove in. You send us your miles and fuel receipts; we prepare and file the return with your base state.
Form 2290 (HVUT)
The IRS heavy highway vehicle use tax applies to trucks with a taxable gross weight of 55,000 lbs or more. You need the stamped Schedule 1 to register your truck.
IRP Registration
The International Registration Plan lets you run one apportioned plate across states, with registration fees split by the miles you drive in each one.
State Permits
Some states need their own permits or tax accounts, such as weight-distance taxes and trip or fuel permits. We set them up and keep them current.
