Who usually needs it

  • Interstate carriers with qualified motor vehicles
  • Generally trucks over 26,000 lbs or with three or more axles
  • Filed with your base state every quarter

Quarterly due dates

Returns are usually due the last day of the month after each quarter ends: April, July, October and January.
